Two Indian army soldiers died in a mysterious firing incident along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Rajouri district of J&K on Thursday, official sources informed. They said that the J&K police team immediately reached the incident spot.
The officials cited above informed Greater Kashmir that the incident occurred at the forward location in the Hanjan Wali area of Rajouri saying both the slain soldiers had bullet injuries.
A firing incident took place in the Hanjanwali area of Rajouri along the LoC in which two army personnel received injuries and later succumbed, the sources stated.
The deceased soldiers have been identified as Sepoy Sarabjeet Singh and Sepoy Navraj Singh. Senior officers of the Indian army as well as the police team led by the Station House Officer reached the incident spot and were conducting an examination and probe of the matter.
