The attestation parade of these recruits was reviewed by Commanding Officers Training Academy, Chennai, and Colonel of JAKLI regiment Lt. Gen. MK Das at recruitment training camp Dansal, the spokesperson said.

He said that the brave young soldiers of the regiment marched in accurate unison to devote their lives in service of the nation, singing their regimental song ‘Balidanam Veer Lakshanam’. All the young soldiers belonged to Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

Lt. Gen. Das congratulated the newly recruited soldiers for their immaculate parade. He also lauded their contribution towards motivating more and more youth from Jammu and Kashmir to come forward to join the security forces and also highlighted the vital role played by their parents in motivating their children to join this noble profession.
