The Border Security Force (BSF) has reportedly recovered an abandoned Pakistani boat along the Indo-Pak border near Ferozepur, Punjab, one day after a security breach with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s convoy.
As per a record by news agency PTI, the BSF retrieved the abandoned Pakistani boat near a border outpost. According to official sources, a BSF search party found the wooden boat during a routine patrol and nothing suspicious was discovered inside.
In the wake of a security breach involving Prime Minister Modi’s convoy, the recovery of the boat on Friday is significant. In the past, the border security agency has located abandoned boats from Pakistan trafficking narcotics and proscribed substances along the International Border. The convoy of Prime Minister Modi was stuck in Ferozepur in Punjab’s Punjab for about 20 minutes on Wednesday.
