Chinese People Liberation Army soldiers are carrying out a survey of border posts and villages in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) even as the Indian army is closely monitoring.
According to sources four dozen Chinese soldiers reached in Kel, Jura, and Leepa sectors of PoK last month. Pakistan pushes terrorists into J&K from Kel, Jura, Leepa, and other areas, according to Kashmir observer report.
40 PLA personnel arrived in these sectors and got divided into groups of five or six each. These soldiers were accompanied by Pakistani soldiers and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) officials.
Surveys of Pakistani Army posts and infiltration routes used by militants were also carried out, Kashmir Observer reported. The survey is an indication of the making of model villages that can be used by civilians and military, it reported.
