Every year India celebrates Martyr’s Day or Shaheed Diwas on six different dates. Today, 23rd March is also celebrated as one of the Martyr’s Days because on this day in the year 1931 three young freedom fighters Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, and Rajguru made supreme sacrifice of their lives for the country.
