The answer is the Indian Air Force. The IAF is the only air force in the world that operates C-17 Globemaster III, C-130 J Super Hercules, and IL-76, the three largest transport aircraft. C-17 Globemaster III and C-130 J Super Hercules have been bought from the USA and Ilyushin-76 from Russia.
