The Chinese military is using drones to a large extend that are flying close to the Indian position along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh.
Drones are mostly actively visible in the Daulat Beg Oldie sector, Gogra Heights, and other friction points in the area and are being closely watched using various types of assets by the India Armed forces, the government told ANI.
India too has been deploying drones and will soon induct new Israeli and Indian drones. Sources said that the friction points left need to be resolved, from the ones that developed last year.
“Military camps have been built close to the Tibetan villages in the areas close to Line of Actual Control in Eastern Ladakh. These camps are built using concrete buildings and show the intent that they want to station troops for longer periods,” according to the sources.
Apart from all these things, the Chinese military is also investing in the construction of facilities for Tibetan villagers near the Indian borders to use them as a line of defence and also recruiting them for joining their ranks.
