Any big organisation can only be handled properly if well planned. If NCC is working effectively in a large country like India, it is due to its well planning.NCC has its headquarters in Delhi which is commanded by a director-general of rank Lieutenant General. The current Director-General of NCC is Lt. General Rajeev Chopra, AVSM. NCC is directly administered by the ministry of defence. NCC being such an efficient organisation can be proved by the fact that there is a central advisory committee to advise the government on all policies and administration of NCC.
