Sepoy Mustapure Shubham was born on 27th July 1997. He completed his schooling from Swami Vivekanand Chatori. At the age of 19 in 2016, he joined the Indian Army and got recruited into the 5 Maratha Light Infantry. As he got selected for the Indian Army, he treated the entire village to a feast. He was very much motivated to join forces.

During 2018, he was posted in J&K with his unit. They had to continuously monitor Krishna Ghati Sector, which was along the LoC. On 3rd April 2018, a ceasefire violation was done by the Pakistani army as usual in the Krishna Ghati Sector. They were using heavy mortar shelling, automatic weapons, and many small arms. To which the Indian side also responded very well, they also gave a major blow to them. The firing from both sides continued for long hours which made both sides suffer. In this Sepoy Mustapure got seriously injured along with four other soldiers. He was immediately rushed to a hospital but he succumbed to his injuries.
At an age of just 21, he laid down his life for the country. He was known as a disciplined, energetic, and brave soldier. He is survived by his parents and siblings.
