Naik Rambeer Singh Tomar was born on 15th August 1970 to Shri Rajendra Singh Tomar and Smt Urmila Devi in a small village in Uttar Pradesh. Naik Rambeer got recruited on 28th July 1989, into the 15th Battalion of the Kumaon Regiment.
