The Indian Coast Guard does not have a military training academy. The officers of Coast Guard receive their training from the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala along with the officers of the Indian Navy. This helps in the mutual interchange of Officers among these two sister services. But soon they will get an academy which is presently under construction.
